## The challenge

Bookings, access control and member data lived in separate platforms that did not talk to each other, so staff reconciled them by hand.

## Our approach

2. **Design for members** — A member app and back-office for bookings, credentials and scheduling.
3. **Keep it in sync** — Scheduled services and monitoring keep people, rooms and doors aligned.
