## Who is responsible

Talkit (Palácio Sotto Mayor, Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo Nº 16, Lisboa, Portugal) is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. For any privacy question write to rui.jorge@talkit.pt or call +351 916 136 308.

## What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and message, together with the page language. We do not ask for anything else.

To stop automated abuse of the form we keep a one-way hash of your IP address. It cannot be turned back into the address, it expires after 20 minutes and is then deleted automatically.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party trackers, fonts or scripts.

## Why and on what basis

We use your message only to reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.

## Where it goes and for how long

The form is delivered as an email to the Talkit team through Amazon Simple Email Service in the AWS Europe (Ireland) region. The website does not store your message in a database.

The email stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation or the business relationship needs it. Technical logs of the form (without the content of your message) are kept for 30 days.

## Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to rui.jorge@talkit.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD, www.cnpd.pt).
