Applications arrived through several channels, documents were checked by hand and partners had no shared view of each file. Every manual step added delay and risk.

    We followed each application from simulation to approval and listed every rule, document and handover.

  2. Build the product

    Simulators, a guided onboarding and a B2B portal, with OCR reading and validating documents as they arrive.

  3. Run it

    Logs, alerts and a support routine so the operation keeps moving after launch.
